Lesbian and Gay Parenting

LGTB people want children as much as straight people do, only the path to lesbian and gay parenting is somehow more difficult. Yet many English speaking countries today fully recognize the right of any individual or couple, lesbian, gay or straight to want children and be a parent. While lesbian couples can fairly easily get artificial insemination, gays who want children sometimes just give up on the idea because of the difficulties that it represents. But sometimes all you need is to keep motivated and fight! So if you're gay or lesbian, want children and are willing to go through the process of artificial insemination, adoption or surrogacy, share your thoughts and help others to feel stronger about it!
