Hello, I'm not sure how to start off this dialogue but, I'm a 38 year old single female and have wanted to be a mother for about ten years now but, have been unable to find a suitable partner for one reason and another. I should point out that I do have a full time job but, my income is low: for me, the most important thing in my life is friends and family and spending time developing those relationships. I have a lot of love and support around me and I count myself very lucky. I am also a creative person and I enjoy meeting people who also express themselves creatively. I love socialising with friends but, have pretty much abandoned my partying days in order to get as fit and healthy as possible for conception and pregnancy. To what extent you would play a role in the child's upbringing is up for discussion but, I think it best that the child were to, at the very least, know who its father is.
